Yoga

Yoga is a 5000 year old tradition of the mind, body, and soul involving a practice of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing), and meditation. As an experience that is both relaxing and rejuvenating, yoga promotes a healthy physical, mental and emotional lifestyle.

Our yoga instruction is based in the Hatha Yoga tradition which focuses on physical poses, breathing, and attaining flexibility of the body and mind.  Ami completed a yoga teacher training in Nasik, India and integrates traditional Indian yogic philosophy with relevant wellness and spiritual practices.

Private in-home yoga instruction is available for individuals and small groups.  All sessions are personalized to accommodate individual goals and physical abilities. Some benefits of yoga include:
